These principles reflect the beliefs of the founder, represent the lense through which we see the world as philanthropists, and guide us in all that we do.

We are entrepreneurial philanthropists. We do our homework, take smart risks, and move with urgency. Yet, we are in it for the long haul. "Make haste slowly" Festina Lente.

We believe in a hands-on approach and strive to empower our schools. We agressively pursue and apply best practices.

We invest in capacity building, look to create opportunities for leverage, and expect diocese and schools to have "a stake in the game".
